Buckeyes Roll To OSU Invitational Title

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State opened the 2016 season with a solid performance, winning the OSU Invitational Saturday afternoon at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion.

The Buckeyes finished with 94 points, besting Michigan (64.5), Miami of Ohio (24.5) and Wright State (20).

“Today was a great way to start the season,” said head coach Holly Vargo Brown. “We received great feedback from the judges and good ideas moving forward. This was obviously just step one and we’re all looking forward to getting back in the pool on Monday. This team is very talented but we need to continue to work harder and work smarter if we want to reach our full potential this season.”
