ESPN 3D to Telecast X Games 16 to Australia

Gennaro Wins Silver Again

BREST, Belarus – Syracuse junior rower Mike Gennaro and the United States Under 23 Men’s Eight National Team battled Germany the entire way down the course before coming home with the silver medal at the 2010 Under 23 World Championships in Brest, Belarus. Gennaro, who sat stroke for the crew, also won a silver medal in the straight four at the 2009 World Rowing Under 23 Championship.

University of Utah Joins Pac-10

Oakland Finishes Third in Commissioner’s Cup Standings

The third-place finish is the highest for the Golden Grizzlies since joining the league in 1999-2000.

The all around athlete was a first baseman and lead-off hitter for the Rockford (Ill.) Peaches. Dorothy Kamenshek, 84, died after a long illness since dealing with various health issues after a stroke, nine years ago. She passed at her home in Palm Desert, California.
