SALT LAKE CITY –The Utah Blaze are pleased to announce that WR Aaron Boone (6-2, 213, Kentucky) earned Cutter’s Catch of the Week for his one-handed catch in the second quarter of the Blaze’s victory versus the Dallas Vigilantes last Saturday. Boone was also named Riddell’s Offensive Player of the Game after tallying nine receptions for 63 yards and five touchdowns versus Dallas.

Broncos Agree to Terms with LB Dumervil

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Denver Broncos on Thursday agreed to terms on a contract extension with linebacker Elvis Dumervil, it was announced. As per club policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed. Dumervil, a fifth-year player, became the first Bronco in team history to lead the NFL in sacks with a club-record 17 in 2009 as a Pro Bowl starter and a first-team Associated Press All-Pro choice.
